Ambition Health and Performance is the trading name of Ambition Fitness Ltd, registered in England, Company Number 3592622.

These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Ambition Fitness Ltd on our website and in our studios, gyms and clinics. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The purchase of any Services will be subject to these terms and conditions and you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Bookings and payments can make in the following ways.

  • Call 0207 630 5930 (outside reception hours please book at www.ambitionfitness.com or leave a message and we will get back to you within 24hrs)
  • Book online at www.ambitionfitness.com
  • Make arrangements for bookings and payments with your practitioner, who will do this on behalf of the company
  • Visit the clinic reception at Ambition Health and Performance, Queen Mother Sports Centre, 223 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, London SW1V 1EL

Payments can be made by credit card, bank card or cash. They can be done in person, over the telephone and also online via our website.

Policies

Personal Training, Corrective and Rehabilitation packages are valid from the date of the first appointment and expire at predetermined dates dependent upon the package bought. Details as follows: 6 sessions expire after 3 months, 11 sessions expire after 6 months, 16 sessions expire after 9 months and 21 sessions expires after 12 months.

A client may request a change of practitioner without giving reasons. If you have a suggestion or a complaint we fully encourage you to discuss that with your practitioner. If you do not feel comfortable doing this please contact us at jeff@ambitionfitness.com for assistance in confidence.

If your designated practitioner takes holiday, leaves the company, becomes ill , or cannot work with you for any other reason, we will provide you with another practitioner. You may be assigned and introduced to a back up practitioner who will be able to work with you in the event of your first choice practitioner taking a holiday or illness, making sure that your goals are always being attended to.

In working with Ambition Fitness Ltd (trading as Ambition Health and Performance) you give an undertaking that you will not approach your practitioner for 'private sessions' directly, as opposed to through Ambition Fitness Ltd. If this does occur you agree to pay a sum in damages which compensates Ambition Fitness Ltd for its reasonably proximate loss calculated on the assumption that instead of private sessions the relationship had continued as before.

Warranties

Ambition Fitness Ltd warrants that the services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care.

Statutory Rights and Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Our appointment packages are sold in blocks of 6, 11, 16 and 21 or such other combinations as Ambition Fitness Ltd may introduce from time to time. The client shall not transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the client unless expressly agreed by Ambition Fitness Ltd. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses is at the sole discretion of the company and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.

Any booked appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours, in person or by telephone. In any other case, the session will be charged and/or deducted from the remainder of the client's course or a bill be sent for payment.

When you are purchasing a block of appointments you are paying for appointments with the company. Practitioners are subject to change without notice.

Refunds for packages of appointments will only be given for cancellations based on medical reasons. A medical notice will be required and there will be a £30.00 administrative charge. Also, refunds must be requested during the period in which the packages are purchased and are valid for. If packages go unused and a refund is not requested, the sessions and payments are forfeited.

The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to services may only be done by cheque.

Your Personal Information

Usage of your personal information is governed by the Ambition Fitness Ltd privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Contract Information

A contract will exist in relation to the Services or Products as soon as you book your first appointment.

Pricing and Availability

Information displayed on the website or in our studio as to pricing and availability is subject to change by Ambition Fitness Ltd without notice.

General

Ambition Fitness Ltd may change these terms and conditions from time to time. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
